BRIAN WELCH
Brian has over 20 year’s architectural experience, graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
He has extensive experience in Residential, Commercial and Institutional projects and has led the design and documentation for a range of projects which included a Regional Art Gallery/Community Art Centre for Sutherland Shire Council, a Night Club in Taylor Square, a multistorey residential Frail and Aged Hostel in Surry Hills for Mission Australia.
Most recently he was Project Architect for a large residential development in regional NSW comprising a 140 room motel and suite apartments with a value exceeding $30 million.
Upon joining the team at BMA (now MPRDG) he has managed various multi unit residential developments as well as several single dwelling residential developments. Most notably, Brian has worked on The Beach House at Campbell Parade, Bondi, a 40 apartment complex with ground-floor retail.
